With full responsibility for the Danish operation, you'll lead the business owning everything from commercial growth and customer relationships to operational excellence, people leadership and P&L performance. • Full country P&L ownership.
• Driving revenue growth, profitability and market share.
• Leading and developing commercial and operational teams.
• Building stronger sales capability and commercial discipline.
• Strengthening key customer relationships.
• Leading the continued integration of CamVision.
• Creating alignment, accountability and business performance across the Danish organisation.

What We're Looking For You'll be an accomplished business leader who combines strong commercial instincts with operational credibility. Your background will likely include:

• Experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, Country Manager or Business Unit Director.
• Ownership of a significant P&L with responsibility for business performance.
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading commercial teams.
• Experience leading service-led, installation, project-based or field operations businesses.
• Success in improving business performance within a changing or challenging environment.
• The ability to engage, motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Experience operating within a regional, international or matrix organisation.
