GenAI Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior GenAI specialist with hands-on experience building and taking agentic AI solutions into production. The role focuses on agentic solution development, evaluation, production excellence, and collaboration across technical and business teams. Key responsibilities

• Build and implement agentic GenAI solutions from modelling through to production.
• Apply prompt engineering and tuning and work with agentic frameworks.
• Define and implement evaluation and validation approaches for GenAI solutions and support continuous quality improvement.
• Improve MLOps, monitoring, reproducibility, data pipelines, and performance practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to accelerate delivery.
• Develop and document domain expertise, particularly in the credit and financial sector.

Required experience

• Senior-level, hands-on experience building agentic GenAI solutions.
• Experience with prompt engineering and tuning.
• Experience working with agentic frameworks.
• Experience with GenAI solution evaluation and validation.
• Experience with MLOps and data pipelines.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS, including services such as ECR, ECS, Lambda, S3, Bedrock, and DynamoDB.
• Experience integrating with Databricks, both delivering data to and consuming data from the platform.
• Experience in credit/financial domain, including credit assessment, classification, business risk analysis, financial spreading, and financial risk analysis.
