Role holder External Functional Consultant with domain skills in integtration, ERP and CRM Domain Knowledge (required)

• Working across multiple integrated business systems, particularly from CRM/Salesforce to ERP

Purpose of role

• Translate business needs into clear process and requirements.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Support successful implementation, adoption and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation and documentation, including facilitate design workshops, consolidate input/findings into requirements and prioritized user stories and maintain the backlogs
• Drive the coordination across teams, e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and IT stakeholders.
• Support on testing, training/knowledge transfer and the go-live preparation

Key deliverables

• Business requirements, process maps and prioritized user stories.
• Maintained backlog and documented workshop outcomes.
• Test cases and testing support.
• Training materials, knowledge transfer and go-live preparation support.

Consulted on

• Scope, Business requirements, process design
• Cross-functional process and system impacts.
• Scope, process impact, solution options and risks
• Test scenarios and change readiness

Location: Greater Copenhagen area Allocation: 25% in novmeber, 100% in december, 100 % in januay and 40% in feb. Start date: 02.11.2026 End date: 4-6 months Location: Greater Copenhagen Area
