Fullstack Product Engineer

Intric builds a sovereign AI platform for organisations that need to keep their data close: public-sector bodies, municipalities and critical infrastructure. It’s a small team, which means the work is real, the decisions matter and you’ll get close to the systems that actually keep the product running. We are looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer to take direct ownership across our product surface. You will step into a fast-moving engineering setting with high autonomy, working across frontend interfaces, backend logic, and deployment to ship practical solutions directly to users. Our core stack is Python and Svelte, though prior experience with these specific technologies is not required. What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product features. You work directly with Product to turn user feedback into working software, building across frontend interfaces, backend services, and deployment pipelines.
• Shorten user feedback loops. You maintain a steady release cadence, shipping frequent improvements and resolving issues without waiting for specialist handoffs.
• Orchestrate parallel development workflows. You use AI coding agents to explore edge cases, draft tests, and scaffold changes concurrently, multiplying what you can ship.
• Choose simple solutions over complex systems. You focus on solving user problems quickly, whether by making a direct update or integrating an existing tool, rather than overengineering the backend.
• Anchor system reliability. You step into unfamiliar or undocumented areas of the codebase with confidence, making safe updates and keeping the product stable as the team grows.

• You bring good design taste. You care about how software feels in practice. You notice awkward interactions, rough spacing, and confusing flows.
• You explore without a roadmap. You treat ambiguous code and sparse documentation as an invitation to investigate, read source logic, and map safe paths forward.
• You balance speed with discipline. You know when a simple fix is sufficient and when a system change demands deeper testing and verification.
