Fullstack .NET Developer - PropTech Startup - Stockholm

Fullstack Developer Opportunity – PropTech Startup – Stockholm I am looking for a Fullstack Developer to join a newly formed Stockholm-based startup building an AI and data-driven analytics platform for the commercial real estate market. Backed by a major Swedish bank, which will also be the company’s first customer, the business is already moving at full speed. You’ll be one of the first engineering hires, giving you significant ownership and influence over the product from day one. It's the ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small, fast-moving environment, and who wants to make a massive impact at the start of the journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a greenfield data and AI-driven platform.
• Work across .NET, Azure, event-driven architecture, and React.
• Take ownership of development, deployment, and pipelines.
• Contribute across the full product rather than owning just one area.
• Help shape an AI-native, agent-driven development culture.

Requirements:

• Strong full stack or backend development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET and Azure.
• Experience with event-driven development.
• Modern frontend experience, ideally React.
• Experience with data engineering, pipelines, orchestration, or data lakehouses is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted or agent-driven development.
• A collaborative, easy-going personality and a genuine interest in staying and building something long-term.
• Comfortable working in a small startup environment with a high level of ownership.
