Fullstack Developer

Fullstack Developer Build software with AI as your teammate, not just your tool. We're looking for a Fullstack Developer who enjoys solving real business problems end to end, from a clean React interface to a solid Java backend. You'll work in a team where AI-assisted and agentic development are part of everyday work, and you'll help shape how we use these tools to build better software, faster. You'll work across several teams, influence technical decisions, and see your ideas go into production. If you like ownership, learning, and working with modern tech, we'd like to hear from you. What you'll do - Design and build fullstack solutions that solve real business needs, from UI to APIs to data - Shape the architecture of complex components, define interfaces, and help set technical direction - Lead application design and help development teams understand the vision - Work with AI in your daily workflow, using coding assistants and AI agents to speed up development, testing, code review, and documentation - Build AI-powered features into our applications, such as LLM integrations, intelligent automation, and agent-based workflows - Own quality by designing and running testing strategies, including AI-assisted test generation - Share what you learn with your team and other teams, including new AI and agentic practices What you bring - 4+ years of experience in fullstack development - Strong skills in React.js or a similar frontend framework (Angular, Vue, etc.) - Strong skills in Java or another object-oriented language - Hands-on experience with, or real interest in, AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor - Curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies - Good problem solving and logical thinking skills - A proactive, solution-focused attitude - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience - Excellent Finnish and English skills Priority skills: Java, React Bonus points for - Agentic development: building or orchestrating AI agents, working with LLM APIs, or using protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol) - AI application patterns: RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, or vector databases - Spring Boot and microservices architecture - Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform (AWS, GCP), including cloud AI services like Azure OpenAI - Design and build enablement: helping teams improve their development practices, tooling, and delivery pipelines - Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or platform engineering What we offer - Real impact: your work reaches production and your opinion shapes technical decisions - Continuous learning: wide set of courses and trainings to increase your skillset - Certifications: support and paid exam costs for industry certifications, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Java, and AI/ML certifications - A place to grow your AI skills: time and support to try new AI tools and agentic practices - Modern tech stack and room to try new things - Supportive colleagues and knowledge sharing across teams - Competitive salary and benefits
