Full-time Chef for South Asian Takeaway Restaurant in Copenhagen

Chahbar by Flames is looking for a reliable and motivated chef for our takeaway restaurant located at Amagerbrogade 50, 2300 Copenhagen S. We offer a permanent full-time position in a busy kitchen where we prepare fresh South Asian dishes and street food. Main responsibilities: - Preparing and cooking curries, rice dishes, snacks and other menu items - Preparing ingredients and organising daily mise en place - Maintaining consistent taste, quality and portion sizes - Following food-safety, hygiene, cooling and storage procedures - Receiving and correctly storing ingredients - Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and organised - Cooperating with kitchen and service colleagues during busy periods We expect you to: - Have practical experience from a restaurant, takeaway business or professional kitchen - Be able to prepare and cook food independently - Have knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling - Be able to work efficiently in a busy environment - Be reliable, responsible and able to work as part of a team - Be able to communicate in English - Experience with South Asian cuisine is an advantage but not a requirement Employment conditions: - Permanent full-time position - 37 working hours per week - Gross monthly salary: DKK 37,500 - Workplace: Amagerbrogade 50, 2300 Copenhagen S - Starting date: As soon as possible or by agreement - Evening and weekend work must be expected - Holiday entitlement and other employment conditions in accordance with Danish legislation Application: Please send your application and CV to md@agrihunt.com.
