Full Stack Engineer

Equal IT are hiring for a small, sharp engineering team building enterprise-level products used by some pretty big brands and agencies. The team is hybrid and based in Stockholm. There are two tracks open right now for frontend-heavy or backend-heavy, and we are happy to speak to strong engineers on either side. What matters more than the stack is how you work. We are looking for someone who drives things forward, someone who pushes back on scope when it makes sense, leads the technical conversation, and makes the engineers around them better. AI is part of the picture too, not feaure-lead but embedded in engineering workflow. We want to hear about what you have actually done. Real AI workflows, real guardrails, real examples of where something went wrong and what you did about it. Frontend-heavy

• We are looking for someone who is genuinely strong in frontend architecture, not just someone who makes things look good.
• Angular experience is ideal, or something close enough.
• You will also need enough backend experience to comfortably cross over when needed.

Backend-heavy

• Strong .NET/C# experience, with real production scale behind you.
• Microservices, distributed systems, systems running under load. Stuff you have built and operated.
• You do not need to be a frontend specialist, but you should be able to hold your own when you need to jump across.

The engineering culture is collaborative and consensus-driven, which we like. But consensus doesn’t mean everyone agreeing for the sake of it.
