Full-stack Developer, React & Python

About the position Start: November Duration: Full-time 40 h/week, 12 months with possibility of extension Location: Stockholm, on site We are now looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join a tech team building internal tools that help marketing teams plan smarter across both global and local markets. The team works with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code as a core part of how they design, write and ship software every day. They move fast, ship to production often, and are looking for someone who wants to work the same way. In this role you will own features end-to-end, from talking to stakeholders and shaping requirements to writing the code and watching it go live. You will work across the full stack, integrate AI capabilities into real product features and help define how the team builds software as it grows. You will also maintain and improve the products you build over time. Tech stack:

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer, shipping real products to production
• Experience building and deploying web applications end-to-end
• Solid experience with relational databases and a careful approach to schema changes
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code as a genuine accelerator in your daily work
• Ability to review AI-generated code critically and catch what it gets wrong
• Experience with the tech stack above, or similar technologies
• Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
