What you'll do

SantaPark Arctic World is a family-owned company with a big heart and passion for excellence. We excel in creating extraordinary experiences for our guests with our unique locations: SantaPark - Christmas Theme Park, exclusive Santa Claus Secret Forest – Joulukka, Hidden Arctic Cloud Villas, Aino Private Island, Lapland Luxury DMC and award-winning Arctic TreeHouse Hotel.

Our mission is to make every moment of our guests stay a lifelong memory. We also wish our team to have a great working experience and every day embark on a new adventure - creating, learning and developing with us!

Lapland Luxury is a private DMC specialising in tailor-made luxury experiences in Finnish Lapland. Our portfolio includes Hidden Arctic Cloud Villas, located approximately 30 minutes from Rovaniemi city centre, Aino Private Island, and other exclusive luxury villas.

We are now looking for a freelancer Private Host to join our team and deliver exceptional, highly personalised experiences for our guests.

About the role

As a Private Host, you are a key point of contact for our VIP guests throughout their journey. You anticipate their needs, take care of the details, and ensure that each experience runs smoothly from beginning to end.

This is a diverse and hands-on role combining premium hospitality, hosting, transportation, coordination, and adventure. No two days are quite the same: depending on the guest experience, you may shift between the roles of host, driver, guest liaison, coordinator, or chefs assistant.

You will welcome and host guests, share the culture, nature, stories, and traditions of Lapland, safely transport guests between villas, activities, restaurants, and other destinations, and coordinate transfers and activity schedules. You will also assist with luggage and equipment and help ensure that vehicles and equipment are clean, well maintained, and ready for each experience.

Safety is an essential part of the role. You will monitor changing Arctic conditions, follow relevant safety procedures, and be prepared to respond calmly and professionally in unexpected situations.

Success in this role requires a genuine passion for service, attention to detail, flexibility, discretion, and the ability to adapt to different guests and situations. Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, operations, or a safari/activity company is considered an advantage.

Please send your application with resume by the end of October. We look forward hearing from you!
