• Deliver end-to-end recruitment on RPO projects for leading life sciences companies.
• Recruit specialist talent across R&D, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, Sales and all other functions within these industries.
• Work as an embedded recruitment partner, collaborating closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Build strong talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Represent Life Science Hires and our clients with professionalism and credibility.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' recruitment experience within life sciences.
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Experience recruiting specialist life sciences profiles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self-employed status (or local equivalent) and professional indemnity insurance.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to high-quality delivery.
• An interest in building a long-term partnership rather than completing one-off assignments.
