Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freelance Consultant role based in Oslo. The consultant will support clients in selecting, implementing, and optimizing central lubrication, oil cleaning, and metering solutions, including on-site assessments of machinery and equipment. Daily tasks include advising customers on technical solutions, preparing proposals, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and following up on project delivery and performance. The role involves troubleshooting installed systems, training customer personnel, and documenting processes, configurations, and recommendations. The consultant will also contribute to improving internal best practices and identifying new opportunities within existing and potential customer accounts. Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery, lubrication systems, fluid handling, and metering technology.
• Ability to conduct on-site inspections, diagnose system issues, and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Experience with client-facing consulting, including needs analysis, solution design, and post-implementation support.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, accessible language.
• Effective project coordination skills, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant education in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfort working independently on customer sites and taking ownership of deliverables and timelines.
• Professional proficiency in English; Norwegian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in Norwegian industrial sectors (e.g., manufacturing, energy, marine, or process industry) is beneficial.
