What you'll do
emagine is looking for a skilled Azure AI / MS Foundry Consultant for a fulltime assignment at one of our customer in the financial sector. The role aims to establish a production-ready voice-based AI assistant utilizing Microsoft Azure, focusing on seamless integration within an enterprise banking environment. Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy solutions using Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI services.
- Design and implement voicebot capabilities utilizing Voice Live API and real-time speech technologies.
- Set up and configure Azure AI Search, including indexing, retrieval strategies, grounding, and integration with enterprise knowledge sources.
- Optimize supporting services like Azure OpenAI and Speech Services for functionality and compliance.
- Implement best practices for security and networking in a banking context.
- Support backend API integration and customer-facing channel connectivity.
- Advise on architectural and performance enhancement strategies.
- Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and production hardening.
- Collaborate with engineers to upskill teams for maintenance.
Must Haves:
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Foundry and Azure AI services.
- Proven skills in deploying Voice Live API or similar solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Azure AI Search and optimization techniques.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI and grounding techniques.
- Expertise in speech technologies and voicebot architecture.
- Strong integration skills with enterprise APIs.
- Understanding of cloud security and operational best practices.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in regulated industries (banking or financial services).
- Familiarity with AI compliance and governance.
- Experience in multi-agent orchestration and knowledge retrieval.
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for generative AI.

- Location: Onsite in Copenhagen preferred; remote within the EU/EEA/UK acceptable.
