AI Transformation Lead | Enterprise Change & AI Strategy 🚀 Are you passionate about shaping how AI transforms large, complex organisations? We are looking for a senior AI Transformation Lead to join a high-impact transformation programme within a leading international enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, business strategy, organisational change, and executive leadership. About the Assignment You will become part of a team driving an enterprise-wide AI agenda, helping the organisation move from strategic direction-setting into large-scale execution. Working closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and specialist teams, you will play a key role in translating ambition into action. Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align multiple AI and digital transformation workstreams
• Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, and decision materials
• Facilitate leadership workshops and strategic working sessions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and critical decisions across the transformation agenda
• Translate complex outputs into a coherent AI transformation narrative
• Drive follow-up actions and ensure readiness for executive milestones
• Partner with senior business leaders to align priorities and maintain momentum
• Turn ambiguity into clear recommendations, plans, and measurable outcomes

What We're Looking For You bring experience from large-scale AI, digital, data, or technology-enabled transformations and thrive in environments where the path forward is not fully defined. Ideally, you have: ✅ Strong experience with AI, digital, analytics, or technology transformation initiatives ✅ Experience working with operating models, governance, funding, prioritisation, and business adoption ✅ A proven ability to structure complex problems and convert uncertainty into actionable plans ✅ Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills ✅ Experience preparing material for senior leadership and executive decision-making ✅ The ability to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups Practical Information 📍 Location: Greater Copenhagen area 🏢 Hybrid setup with on-site presence required several days per week 📅 Start: November 2026 ⏳ Duration: Approximately 3.5 months (with potential extension) Interested?
