About The Role You will monitor transactions for suspicious activity and investigate fraud cases from start to resolution. You will document findings, work with colleagues to improve fraud detection, follow emerging fraud trends and financial-crime typologies, and balance effective security with a smooth customer experience. Requirements

• Experience or interest in fraud, financial crime, or a related field
• Analysis and pattern-recognition skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Fluency in Danish or Swedish and English, spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse transactions for suspicious activity
• Investigate, document, and resolve fraud cases end-to-end
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen fraud detection
• Apply knowledge of emerging fraud trends and financial-crime typologies
• Balance security controls with customer usability
