Job Summary We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to strengthen our Corporate FP&A team and take ownership of cash flow forecasting, balance sheet planning, working capital management, and other key planning activities below Adjusted EBITDA across the Group. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in advancing our financial planning capabilities and driving transparency across cash flow, liquidity, and balance sheet performance. You will work closely with Accounting, Tax, Controlling, regional Finance teams, and key business stakeholders to ensure robust planning processes and high-quality management reporting. • Take ownership of the Group's cash flow, balance sheet, and working capital planning agenda, helping to improve cash generation and support management decision-making.
• Shape and develop our Workday Adaptive Planning capabilities, leading key initiatives to establish scalable planning models and reporting structures.
• Work across markets and functions, partnering with regional Finance teams and senior stakeholders to strengthen forecasting, reporting, and business insight throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will help establish best-in-class planning processes that connect P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting, providing management with greater visibility into liquidity, working capital performance, and long-term value creation. The role is a full-time role and reports to the Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Own the Group's cash flow planning across forecast, budget, and long-range planning cycles.
• Drive the development of balance sheet forecasting capabilities and ensure alignment between P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow planning.
• Lead the implementation and continuous development of cash flow and balance sheet planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Define business requirements and partner closely with the BI Team to improve planning processes, reporting capabilities, and system functionality.
• Partner with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, and regional Finance teams to strengthen cash flow and balance sheet reporting, improve forecast accuracy, and establish clear ownership across planning activities.
• Develop and maintain monthly cash flow, balance sheet, and working capital reporting, including variance analysis, key risks and opportunities, and actionable management insights.
• Establish and maintain a clear RACI framework across Finance for balance sheet and cash flow planning, forecasting, and follow-up activities.
• Develop driver-based forecasting methodologies for key working capital metrics, including inventory, receivables, payables, and other material balance sheet accounts.
• Monitor working capital performance and identify opportunities to improve cash conversion and optimize working capital.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Controlling to strengthen understanding of working capital drivers and improve forecast accuracy.
• Support Executive Management and Board reporting by providing insights on cash generation, liquidity, working capital performance, and financial risks and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, planning processes, and financial transparency across the organization.
• Support the ongoing development of FP&A capabilities by integrating balance sheet and cash flow considerations into strategic and long-range planning processes.

You are comfortable working across Finance functions and partnering with regional Finance teams to improve forecasting, strengthen financial transparency, and drive continuous improvement. Most importantly, you are proactive, structured, and motivated by creating impact through high-quality financial planning and analysis. What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience within FP&A, Financial Controlling, Corporate Finance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience working with cash flow forecasting, working capital, balance sheet analysis, or investment planning.
• Solid financial modelling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or other EPM/planning tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Experience from retail, hospitality, food & beverage, consumer goods, or other multi-site businesses is considered a plus.
