We think every business owner should be able to sell to every customer who wants to buy, get paid for it on time, and still make it feel effortless for the customer — without having to build a call centre to do it. That's why we built Sono. About Us Sono builds Voice AI agents that handle customer communication at scale, outbound and inbound, over voice and text. We make sure our customers can call every customer and answer every call, even in the most complex situations and at scale. Voice AI is one of the fastest emerging technologies in the world. It's easy to build beautiful demos, but hard to meet top enterprises' quality criteria in production. That's where we excel. Our technology is built for the hard cases: conversations where money and trust are on the line — payment reminders and collection calls, customer reactivation, service bookings, inbound support. Our agents stay inside the rules they're given, and every call outcome is visible to the customer. Today we have more than 20 customers with agents live in six countries. With customer service agents, we consistently see resolution rates above 70%; our payment reminder agents secure payments from 35–40% of engaged customers. We're seed stage, backed by top Nordic investors. The customers we have love us. There just aren't enough of them yet — and that's what we're hiring for. Working with us This is an end-to-end sales job: prospecting, cold calling, pitching, closing, wins and losses, all of it together. You'll work side-by-side with our co-founder and CEO in the Stockholm office, building the business across the Nordic countries. What you'll be doing

• Bringing in new business: net new customers across Sweden and the rest of Northern Europe.
• Building your own pipeline, running discovery and closing deals.
• Taking your learnings back to the team. We're small, so whoever sits closest to the customer has real influence over what we build and how we sell it.

Who we're looking for

• 2 to 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• You know how to create your own pipeline. You enjoy calling a customer and getting them hooked on the value we can create.
• You've closed deals. In your mind, nothing beats ringing the closing bell (and seeing the commission hit your bank account).
• You enjoy competition and strive to win. You've hit or beaten a quota somewhere and can tell us by how much.
• You are ambitious and work hard. We are building a European category-winner. This is your chance to join early and play a key role in the journey.
• Swedish at native level, full professional proficiency in English.
• Based in Stockholm and happy to be in the office every day.

The following is considered a plus

• Fluency in Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, or other European languages.
• You've worked at an early-stage startup and/or with AI products.
• You've worked with large enterprises and have an existing rolodex of strong connections of potential customers.
• AI-nativeness and fluency with the latest tools.
