WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON: As our Founding Engineer - Data Scientist, you will lead the development of our core AI engine. You will design, train, and deploy data pipelines, continuous-time neural networks, distributed learning systems, and explainable AI models powering real-time industrial optimization across Europe. Working closely with our core project team, you will:

• Build ETL data pipelines to process high-frequency machine IoT sensor streams and financial spend logs.
• Own the mathematical design and training of continuous-time time-series models (Neural ODEs / Liquid Neural Networks).
• Implement privacy-preserving Federated Learning architectures across distributed edge nodes.
• Develop explainable AI (XAI) models to deliver audit-ready decision support for enterprise engineers.
• Work directly with the product manager and industrial engineers to shape the future of Climate Tech.

YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• 3+ years of experience building deep learning models in PyTorch/TensorFlow, with strong mathematical fluency in differential equations, numerical solvers, or time-series analysis.
• Strong proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow, Python, and data engineering fundamentals.
• Solid foundation in time-series forecasting, differential equations, or applied math.
• A proactive, founding-engineer mindset ready to turn deeptech into production software.
• Note: Pre-existing expertise in LNNs or Federated Learning is not required—a strong foundation in deep learning and math is what counts.
