WE ARE HIRING – FOUNDING COUNTRY LEAD / MANAGING DIRECTOR – HOLIWORKING SWEDEN Stockholm | Hybrid – on-site & remote | Full-time 🌍 Help employees live extraordinary experiences around the world For the past 6 years, Holiworking has been developing and operating in France an HR solution that enables employees to work remotely from abroad, for personal or lifestyle reasons, within a structured and responsible international mobility framework. We have already supported many employees and companies in making these international projects happen, combining the freedom of working from abroad with the reassurance and structure employers need. Building on this experience and success in France, we are now ready to bring Holiworking to other European employees — starting with Sweden. At the heart of Holiworking is a simple belief: working from abroad can be much more than simply changing your workplace. Our role is to make these experiences possible by facilitating the journey and taking care of the complexity behind it — for both the employee and the employer. We are now looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about international experiences, people and cultures, and who wants to help Swedish employees — and their families — live exceptional experiences somewhere in the world. 🇸🇪 Your mission You will be the person who brings Holiworking to life in Sweden — first as our Country Lead, with the ambition to progressively become our Managing Director for Sweden. You will:

• Build relationships with Swedish HR, People & Culture and business leaders
• Identify companies interested in offering international remote-working opportunities to their employees
• Present Holiworking and develop our first Swedish clients and pilots
• Build a local network of HR, Global Mobility, legal, insurance and relocation partners
• Meet employees and understand their aspirations and mobility projects
• Coordinate the first Holiworking experiences in Sweden, together with our French team and international network
• Adapt our HR solution to the Swedish market and help shape the future of Holiworking in Europe
• Represent Holiworking within the Swedish HR and business ecosystem

💛 Who are we looking for? We are looking for an entrepreneurial and people-oriented profile, passionate about the international world and motivated by the idea of creating something new. You might come from HR, People & Culture, Global Mobility, recruitment, HR consulting, B2B services, business development or entrepreneurship. More than a specific background, we are looking for someone who:

• Is genuinely curious, open-minded and comfortable with different cultures
• Loves meeting people and building strong relationships
• Is energized by international environments and new experiences
• Has a strong sense of responsibility and takes ownership
• Is a natural facilitator who enjoys making things happen and connecting the right people
• Is comfortable talking to senior decision-makers — and also rolling up their sleeves to make things happen
• Has a commercial mindset and is not afraid to develop business
• Is pragmatic, autonomous and adaptable
• Speaks Swedish and English fluently
• French is a plus, as you will work closely with our French team
