Founder GTM

Founding GTM Partner CiteSilo | Equity-only initially CiteSilo is an early-stage desktop app that helps people find and revisit their work. It searches the contents of local documents, offers optional screen capture and history, and generates daily or weekly reports from recorded activity. We’re testing our Windows beta and looking for a hands-on go-to-market partner to help us reach our first users and customers. You’ll work directly with the founder to:

• Identify our strongest customer segment.
• Recruit beta testers and conduct customer interviews.
• Test positioning, outreach, and acquisition channels.
• Help turn product feedback into a repeatable sales approach.

Compensation please read before applying This role initially offers equity only. There is no cash salary at present. The equity percentage, vesting schedule, responsibilities, and time commitment will be agreed in writing before work begins. We intend to introduce a cash salary after securing sufficient funding. Funding and its timing are not guaranteed; any salary arrangement will require a separate written agreement. We’re looking for someone comfortable with the uncertainty and responsibility of building an early-stage company.
