Forward Deployed Engineer | AI Product | Oslo I’m working with a fast-growing Voice and GenAI Unicorn, that’s building solutions to help enterprise businesses automate complex workflows and are growing at a genuinely impressive rate. They’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers within a cross-functional team, understand their challenges and build AI-powered solutions that have a real impact based around their existing GenAI and VoiceAI product suite. It’s a hands-on role across engineering, product and customer delivery, where you’ll take projects from discovery through to production and ongoing optimisation. What you’ll be doing: • Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and challenges • Turn ambiguous problems into practical technical solutions • Build production AI systems and multi-AI agents that integrate with enterprise systems, data and processes • Own projects from prototype through to production What they’re looking for: • 2+ years of software engineering or similar technical experience • Strong software architecture and system design skills • Experience in building multi-agent/prod AI systems • Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership • Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers • Fluent Norwegian/Swedish and English For further details and immediate consideration, please get in touch.
