Football Recruitment Consultant

Core Football is expanding internationally We are looking for Football Recruitment Consultants in selected markets Core Football is expanding its international presence, and we are looking for experienced and well connected football professionals to join our network in selected markets around the world. We specialise in identifying and recruiting coaches, sporting directors and other key professionals within elite football. As we continue to grow, we are looking for consultants with strong local networks, deep knowledge of their football market and a solid understanding of the people and structures behind the game. The role As a Football Recruitment Consultant, you will represent Core Football in your market and work closely with our team to:

• Identify and evaluate coaches, sporting directors and other key football professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with clubs, academies, federations and other football organisations
• Develop Core Football’s network and presence in your market
• Support recruitment processes from identification and initial contact through to placement
• Provide valuable local insight into clubs, people, market dynamics and opportunities

The role offers a flexible setup and can be structured on a freelance, consultancy or commission based basis, depending on experience and market. Who we are looking for You know football from the inside and have built a strong and trusted professional network. Ideally, you have experience from professional football, recruitment, coaching, sporting management, scouting or a related field. You understand how clubs and football organisations operate, who the key decision makers are and how to build long term professional relationships. You are proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working independently, while representing Core Football and our values professionally. Fluency in English and the local language is important. Previous experience working with professional clubs, national federations, academies or other football organisations is highly valued.
