Flushing Documentation Engineer

Overview The Flushing Documentation Engineer will support the Initial Cleaning team by ensuring all cleaning procedures and results are accurately documented throughout planning, execution, and close-out phases. This role requires maintaining structured, traceable records, consolidating P&ID mark-ups, and verifying documentation against field installations. The ideal candidate brings practical experience with process systems, P&IDs, and line walks, combined with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You will work cross-functionally to identify gaps and ensure documentation complies with project requirements. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete, and traceable Initial Cleaning documentation.
• Update and consolidate P&ID master file with execution mark-ups.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on Initial Cleaning protocols.
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve documentation gaps.
• Support line walks to verify installations and validate documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for data collection.
• Implement version control and ensure document traceability.

Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution. Required Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in process or chemical engineering roles with a strong focus on technical documentation, P&IDs, and field verification. Proven track record of managing large volumes of engineering records and maintaining document control systems. Additional Requirements Willingness to work on site Monday to Friday. Document control certification (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus. Proficiency in English. Familiarity with Dalux is an advantage. Skills
