Flooring Installers Wanted - Exciting Projects in Bergen

Skuteviken Personell AS is looking for skilled flooring installers to join exciting commercial projects in Bergen and the surrounding area. As a flooring installer, you will work with renovation and installation of various commercial flooring solutions such as vinyl, linoleum, and carpets. Typical tasks include surface preparation, leveling and smoothing of subfloors, precise cutting and fitting of materials, installation using correct methods and adhesives, and ensuring high-quality finishes in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards. We are looking for professionals who work accurately, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and can operate both independently and as part of a team. We offer:

• Competitive salary: NOK 290-330 per hour (depending on experience)

• Coverage of daily travel costs if more than 7.5 km from home to workplace

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of flooring installation experience (vinyl, linoleum, carpet)

-Ability to work independently and according to technical instructions

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Scandinavian or English language skills (professional competence is more important)
