Our website: https://id.greensm.com/en We are currently looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Denmark launch team and support the day-to-day operational setup during an exciting growth phase. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, operations coordination, problem-solving, and working closely with drivers and field teams. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily taxi and fleet operations, including driver coordination and dispatch support • Monitor operational performance, service quality, and key KPIs • Support driver management, onboarding, scheduling, and daily communication • Ensure fleet readiness and coordinate vehicle maintenance and operational checks • Handle operational issues, incidents, and customer escalations in a timely manner • Collaborate cross-functionally with local and global teams to improve operational efficiency • Support implementation and optimization of operational processes during launch phase • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and local regulations Who we’re looking for: • Experience within operations, logistics, transportation, fleet management, or service operations • Strong coordination and organizational skills • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing startup environment • Hands-on mindset with ability to solve problems quickly and independently • Analytical mindset and ability to work with operational KPIs • Fluent Danish and English required; We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
