This position is based at our Luxembourg headquarters and requires regular office presence. The EIB, the European Union's bank, is seeking to recruit for its Group Risk and Compliance Directorate (GR&C-RM), Group Financial Risk Department (GFIN), ALM and Market Risk Division (ALM), Market Risk and Pricing Control Unit (MRC), at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a Financial Risk Management Officer – Market Risk & Pricing Control*. This is a full-time position at grade 5 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.
Panel interviews are foreseen as from October 2026 Purpose You will play a key role in strengthening the Bank’s oversight of loan pricing and market risk by contributing to the development and the maintenance of robust risk policies and frameworks aligned with the Bank’s Asset and Liability Management (ALM) framework, best banking practice and regulatory expectations. Your work will support the timely identification, assessment and monitoring of financial risk exposures, helping ensure that pricing and market risk activities remain sound, consistent and well controlled. Operating Network You will report to the Head of Market Risk and Pricing Control Unit and work closely with the financial risk managers within the division, as well as the Departments involved in financial and control matters, especially with the Finance Directorate, the Directorate for Lending Operations and Financial Control.
