What you'll do

Framm is a service company in the Inpay group, delivering services to Inpay, a Copenhagen-based cross-border payments company. Our Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) team is looking for a Financial Crime Prevention Specialist to join us in central Copenhagen, with a focus on AML and a solid foundation in KYC. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our daily FCP work. You will review alerts, investigate unusual activity and carry out customer reviews, working closely with experienced colleagues who will support your development. It is a great step for someone with a few years of experience who wants to grow in financial crime prevention. What you'll do

  • Review and investigate transaction monitoring and sanctions screening alerts, document your findings and escalate where necessary
  • Investigate unusual activity and prepare cases for suspicious activity reporting
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior colleagues and learn from how they are decided
  • Follow AML policies, regulatory obligations and risk appetite, and keep your documentation clear and audit-ready
  • Suggest improvements to processes and ways of working in Financial Crime Prevention

What you bring

  • 2 to 4 years' experience in AML, KYC or financial crime prevention in fintech, payments, banking or crypto
  • Hands-on experience with alert handling or investigations, for example transaction monitoring or sanctions screening
  • Good knowledge of AML/CTF regulation and a willingness to keep learning
  • Experience with KYC reviews, ideally on corporate clients
  • Curiosity about AI and how it can improve financial crime prevention work
  • Comfort with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • A structured, analytical way of working and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently on your own cases and ask for help when needed
  • Proficient English, as you will work with colleagues from many different nationalities

Nice to have:

  • Experience from payment institutions or licensed crypto companies
  • ACAMS, ICA or similar certification, or a plan to pursue one

You'll do well here if

  • You enjoy digging into a case until the picture is clear
  • You like getting stuck in and delivering, and you are happy to take on tasks from the team
  • You are eager to learn and welcome feedback
  • You are curious about AI and keen to try new ways of working
  • You are pragmatic, detail-oriented and focused on solutions
