Do you want to progress your career in the preferred bank for corporate and institutional customers in the Nordics? Join us as a Financial Analyst, where you will have an important role in enhancing the value creation in the Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) business unit. LC&I serves the most complex financing and transaction needs of large corporate and institutional customers. We offer expertise in funding, risk management and investments, including specialised finance, structured transactions, loan syndications, credit structuring and wholesale equities, besides investor services and transaction banking, including a whole suite of award-winning cash management and trade finance solutions. Key Responsibilities You will be joining a dedicated team of finance professionals anchored in LC&I Business Divisional Finance within the CFO Area. The team’s mission is to enable value creation by sharing insights and analysis in the financial steering of LC&I. You will take the role as a Financial Analyst. This includes responsibility for management reporting, as well as collaborating with senior management on how to unlock value potential through optimisation of the unit’s financial performance. Key Tasks

  • Act as Financial Business Partner for LC&I Norway
  • Be the CFO Area representative in the LC&I Norway management team
  • Develop a sustainable framework to unlock value potential through finance partnering
  • Contribute to adopting a more data-driven style of decision making
  • Support on issues related to customer profitability

What we look for To ensure a good match, we imagine you have the following qualifications:

  • A relevant Master's degree
  • 0–2 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in understanding what drives business performance
  • The ability to build trusted relationships and communicate insights in a clear and engaging way
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and functions
  • Curiosity in data analytics and digitalisation, with interest in tools like Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau/Power BI
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, combined with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
