The Role Apica is looking for a strong finance professional to own two core finance processes: Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay. The role combines sales controlling, customer and revenue data quality, vendor management, reporting, and process improvement. You will ensure day-to-day accuracy while independently driving automation, structure, and scalability across both processes. In this role, finance is not only about reporting numbers. It is about creating insight, strengthening controls, improving processes, and helping the business make sound decisions based on reliable data. Key Responsibilities Order-to-Cash: ▪ Own and improve Apica’s Order-to-Cash process, including ARR, revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, and customer and contract data quality. ▪ Act as a key user of Maxio, Apica’s ARR and customer contract application, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and reporting. ▪ Work closely with sales to ensure customer contracts, billing data, revenue information, and KPI reporting are accurate, complete, and actionable. ▪ Drive improvement projects related to customer contracts, revenue, ARR, reporting, and vendor management. Purchase-to-Pay: ▪ Own Apica’s Purchase-to-Pay process, including vendor management, procurement coordination, supplier follow-up, contract tracking, and collaboration with outsourced accounting teams. ▪ Support Apica’s internal contract owners with vendor documentation, renewal planning, and process follow-up. Your Profile We are looking for someone with the following background, skills, and mindset: ▪ A degree in finance, business, or a related field, combined with 2–4 years of experience in controlling, preferably sales controlling. ▪ Experience from the subscription business models, or ARR-based reporting is advantageous. ▪ Experience working in an international business environment. ▪ Good understanding of finance processes and accounting frameworks. ▪ Comfort working in CRM and finance systems with the curiosity to learn new tools and improve how they are used. ▪ A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude, strong ownership, and high attention to detail. ▪ A structured and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to see the bigger picture. ▪ Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
