Finance Manager

Can you turn finance, operational data and regulatory obligations into better business decisions? ERP Norway helps producers meet their environmental responsibilities for electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and packaging. As Finance Manager, you will own and develop the Norwegian finance function and work closely with local leaders and Nordic and group finance colleagues. The role gives you broad responsibility, direct access to decision-makers and room to improve how finance works. You work independently and value strong local and international collaboration. What you will shape You will turn reliable finance into useful direction for the business. In practice, you will:

• Build a dependable rhythm for closing, reporting, controls and Norwegian financial compliance.
• Lead budgets, forecasts and cash-flow follow-up, turning performance and risk into clear choices for management.
• Improve finance systems, data and processes while partnering with local leaders and Nordic and group finance colleagues.

What you bring Experience with group reporting or finance systems, or from a regulated, international or data-intensive business, is an advantage.

• Broad, hands-on experience across accounting, reporting, planning, cash flow and controls.
• Experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager or accounting-strong Controller ready for broader ownership.
• The judgement to move from detailed delivery to useful management advice.
• Professional fluency in Norwegian and English. Relevant higher education is useful; strong experience may compensate.
