Finance Consultant

Would you like to build your career within finance while gaining hands-on experience across different companies, industries and finance functions? At Atlab, we are looking for our next Finance Consultant to join our CFO Services Interim department on a full-time basis. ROLE DESCRIPTION As part of our CFO Services team, you will become a natural extension of our clients' finance teams, working side-by-side with them during periods of increased demand, organizational change, specific projects or temporary resource gaps. Through these assignments, you will apply and further develop your finance expertise across different businesses, systems and ways of working, while ensuring smooth financial operations and creating lasting value for our clients. You will work with a diverse range of companies, from small and mid-sized businesses to large publicly traded corporations, gaining exposure to different industries and financial challenges. Examples of typical interim roles include, but are not limited to:

• Bookkeeping and Accounting support
• Light Financial Controlling
• Light Project Controlling
• Light FP&A / Business Controlling

Each assignment will vary in duration and focus, giving you the opportunity to continuously build your experience and develop a broad financial skill set. While much of your day-to-day work will take place with our clients, you remain an important part of Atlab throughout your client assignments. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS We imagine that you are looking to further develop your finance career through hands-on experience and enjoy the variety of interim assignments, where you become part of new organizations, build relationships and adapt to different teams and ways of working. We are looking for someone with:

• Relevant education or qualifications within Business Finance, Auditing or a similar field
• Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience within finance, controlling, accounting or auditing
• A basic financial skillset, paired with a drive to learn and continually enhance your expertise as a Finance Consultant
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English

You do not need to have experience with interim work. We will support you in developing the consultant mindset and skills needed to succeed in different client environments.
