What You Will Be Doing As Finance Business Partner for Direct Banking within BC, you will be the CFO area representative working closely with senior management to enhance value creation. You will collaborate with talented colleagues who serve small and medium-sized enterprises across the Nordics, offering expertise in funding, risk management, and award-winning cash management solutions. Your insights and analysis will directly support the financial steering of this important business area.

• Act as Finance Business Partner for Direct Banking within BC
• Represent CFO area in the business management team
• Coordinate financial planning and analysis processes
• Develop frameworks to unlock value potential through finance partnering
• Contribute to adopting data-driven decision making approaches

About You

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in FP&A, performance management, or business partnering
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly
• Curiosity in data analytics and digitalisation
• Interest in tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau/Power BI
• Open mindset to navigate dynamic and complex organisations
• Proficiency in oral and written English

Additional experience from similar finance partnering roles would be valuable but is not essential for the right candidate with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
