Finance & Business Manager

AceZone is a Danish audio-tech company creating high-performance headsets for esports and gaming, with products also supplied to the Danish Armed Forces. We are now establishing an in-house finance role and are looking for someone who wants to take full ownership of finance, and much more. You will work closely with the management team and our newly established Board and will establish and take ownership of our in-house finance function. This means bringing bookkeeping in-house from our external accountants while building strong budgeting, forecasting and, importantly, cash-flow management, as well as reporting to management and the Board. The role is broad and very hands-on. Beyond finance, you will take responsibility for selected HR activities as well as purchasing and supplier coordination, including suppliers related to our production in China. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong understanding of accounting, budgeting and cash flow
• Is comfortable doing everything from bookkeeping to Board reporting
• Can create simple and effective processes and structure
• Is commercially minded and enjoys responsibilities beyond finance
• Has the energy and drive to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial company

You could be an ambitious finance professional ready for a significant step up in responsibility, or an experienced finance manager who still loves being hands-on.
