Hybrid Full-time Business unitOnyx Corporate Services Smart GroupGroup Finance and Treasury About The Role Where you will make an impact This role supports the financial discipline and day-to-day operating control behind the Group. You will keep records current, coordinate routine finance activity, support budgets and reconciliations, and make sure operating information is ready when management needs to make a decision. What you will do Core responsibilities

• Maintain accurate operating records, reconciliations, and routine finance reports.
• Coordinate invoices, purchasing, supplier administration, and payment documentation.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, stock or asset records, and internal controls.
• Prepare information for management review and follow up on operational exceptions.
• Help teams follow dependable processes and keep records ready for review.

What we are looking for Role requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail, spreadsheet skills, and a clear approach to records management.
• Experience with accounting software, reconciliations, procurement, or office operations is an advantage.
• ICAG, ACCA, CIMA, QuickBooks, Sage, or advanced Microsoft Excel certification is an advantage.

• Finance and operating records remain accurate, current, and review-ready.
• Invoices, payments, supplier documents, and reconciliations move without avoidable delay.
• Leadership receives useful budget, expense, and operating information on time.
• Recurring process gaps are identified and converted into clearer controls or routines.
