Role snapshot
Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role Purpose As a Field Service Engineer supporting our Swedish clinics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, availability, and continuous improvement of Neko Health’s clinical scanning technology across both existing and upcoming sites in Sweden. You will lead installation, maintenance, servicing, upgrades, and retrofits of instruments to guarantee consistently high uptime for clinical teams. Partnering closely with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and cross-functional teams across Sweden and Europe, you will serve as the vital link between real-world field performance and product development, capturing insights that drive improvements in technology, processes, service quality, and member experience. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with collaboration, problem-solving, and operational ownership to ensure seamless clinic operations as we continue scaling across Sweden.
