What's the role We are looking for a skilled talent to join our engineering team as a Field Engineer. Your main goal is to develop long-term, holistic relationships with our key accounts and you are responsible for sales of the technical solutions and services to large projects. As a Hilti Engineer, you can combine your technical and commercial skills in a dynamic work environment. Preferred base location is Oulu. The role covers Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu, and Lapland. What You'll do As a Field Engineer, you are part of the engineering team. You’ll get to work with the largest and mid-size accounts regionally in close cooperation with local sales team. Your primary area of responsibility is to increase sales through named key projects, development of customer relationships and to drive close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. We want to be a best partner for our customers, and you are in a key role to drive productivity in the construction processes through our technical product and service offering. In the role you work closely with our customers and offer and develop solutions to support their business and large construction projects. You’ll get to work with our modular support systems and solutions for HVAC, modular secondary steel structures, passive fire protection and anchoring technology. You are also in the key role to drive digitalization, BIM and our service offering when it comes to large and complex technical solutions and projects. We are looking for a pro-active person who has good interaction and good problem-solving skills. Experience from construction industry, project management and development of customer relationships is an advantage to be successful in the role. What You’ll Bring

• Relevant technical or commercial education for the position (B.Sc or M.Sc)
• Fluent written and spoken in Finnish and English
• Experience in selling technical products and solutions with proven track record
• Ability to manage and understand large entities and multicultural clients and develop long-term customer relationships with them
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills across all levels and functions both internally and externally
• Relevant work experience from project management or construction is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to learn new things in fast paced environment
• Pro-activity and can-do attitude
• Willingness to travel
