  • Education: Master of Social science, technology, international development, business administration, or other relevant fields. * Candidates with an additional two years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced university degree.”
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in startup portfolio management, venture support, innovation, entrepreneurship, or related fields, particularly in the context of early-stage technology ventures

A minimum of 5 years of experiences founding, working in, or advising femtech companies or women’s health solutions (preferably in emerging markets

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in gender and inclusive design, gender equity and social inclusion (GESI) or women and girl centered research, programming or innovation

Demonstrated experience working with and supporting startups through implementation, fundraising, scaling, partnership development, or business strategy (preferably in emerging markets

Proven track record of providing mentorship, advisory services, or technical assistance to startups and innovators through technical assistance programmes or incubator programme
