We are looking for someone with key skills and able to perform the following roles & responsibilities :- Fault Tracing Diagnostics Engineer Gothenburg, Sweden Working tasks/mission:

• Create and maintain diagnostic and fault tracing capabilities.
• Ensure that the Service Market technicians can access correct, understandable and reliable information for fault tracing.
• Verify diagnostic information (physically or virtually) to assure right quality.
• Participate in cross-functional work to assure alignment with other areas

Profile:

• Excellent analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a strong ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
• More than 5 years’ experience of working with heavy-duty engines and/or drives, including practical hands-on knowledge.
• Documented knowledge in Product Data Management/technical documentation and CAD.
• Customer focused approach and knowledge about workshop technician’s way of working.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience within Industrial machines and/or Marine segment is a merit.
• Experience within electromobility is a merit.
