Extended Planning & Analysis Lead

We are looking for an Extended Planning & Analysis Lead to support forecasting, planning, and xP&A activities within a large-scale OneStream environment. Working as part of a central Centre of Excellence, you will partner with Group Management Control, operational teams, and business stakeholders across a global organisation. This is a mid to senior level role with responsibility for helping improve planning and decision-making processes. Your focus will be on forecasting, scenario modelling, profitability analysis, and operational planning, with particular attention to fast forecasting and Bill of Materials (BOM) planning. Working closely with the Global Solutions Lead, you will help turn operational data into effective planning solutions that support business objectives. Candidate Profile

• 5+ years' experience in forecasting, planning, or xP&A within an EPM environment.
• Strong knowledge of EPM and planning applications.
• Experience with forecasting, scenario modelling, and operational planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Experience working with senior finance stakeholders in a global environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills.
