What you'll do
Are you the next passionate and proud Kesla team member? We are looking for an Export Coordinator to join us in a permanent position.
As an Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the international order-to-delivery process for KESLA products, from order processing through to delivery and invoicing. Your key responsibilities will include processing orders in the ERP system, coordinating delivery schedules, tendering and arranging individual shipments, and managing freight, transportation, customs clearance, and export documentation. You will work closely with customers, dealers, sales, production, finance, and logistics and forwarding partners. The role also involves participating in the continuous development of export logistics processes and practices.
What kind of positively proud Kesla team member are we looking for?
You have a relevant commercial, logistics, technical, or other suitable educational background, along with preferably some experience in export operations, international order-to-delivery processes, or logistics. You are familiar with export procedures and practices, including customs clearance, Incoterms, and sales and transportation documentation. ERP systems are familiar to you, and experience with IFS is considered an advantage.
You are fluent in Finnish and English, and additional language skills will be seen as a benefit. You have a customer-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to your work. You are able to manage multiple priorities and maintain control even in changing situations. You enjoy collaborating with others and are motivated to develop ways of working and improve processes.

As your experience and skills grow, the role may also expand to include broader sales and logistics support and development responsibilities.
Salary: €3,200€ - 3.800€ per month, depending on your skills and previous experience.
