Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Role As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the operational backbone of the CEO’s office. You will make sure the CEO’s time, attention, and communication are spent where they matter most, and you will act as a trusted link between the CEO, the leadership team, the board, and our partners. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys being close to the decisions that shape a fast-growing fintech. What You’ll Do

• Own the CEO’s calendar end-to-end, prioritizing ruthlessly and ensuring the right time is allocated to the right things
• Manage the CEO’s inbox, triaging, drafting responses, and making sure nothing important falls through the cracks
• Plan and coordinate travel, logistics, itineraries, expense handling, and other activities in his business and personal life which can lock up time.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for leadership meetings, board meetings, and investor interactions
• Coordinate company-wide events, off-sites, and leadership team gatherings
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, with a high degree of discretion
• Support internal planning processes and drive ad hoc projects and initiatives from the CEO’s office
• Continuously improve administrative routines and workflows to make the leadership team more effective

You will work in close collaboration with amazing people, use new technology, break new ground with a problem-sovling street-smart mindset. Requirements

• Experience in executive support, coordination, or similar roles, ideally supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the confidence to take ownership and make decisions
• Proficiency in common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack) and a curiosity for new tools that make work smarter
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment where priorities can shift quickly
