As Epical continues to grow across the Nordics, we are looking for an Events & Campaign Coordinator to support our B2B marketing activities across events, campaigns, social media, content production, CRM data management, and basic performance reporting. This is a fixed-term position until September 2027, offering the opportunity to contribute to a growing marketing function in a data and technology consultancy. About the Role ✨ As an Events & Campaign Coordinator at Epical, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across Finland, Sweden, and the wider Nordic region. This is a fixed-term position running until September 2027, offering an exciting opportunity to gain broad experience in Nordic B2B marketing while contributing to Epical's continued growth. From customer events and industry conferences to social media campaigns and engaging content, and brand-aligned visual communication, you will help create experiences that strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues. You will be involved in a variety of activities, including:

• Events management: Coordinate customer, partner, and industry events from planning, execution, to follow-up, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for attendees.
• Campaign execution: Support integrated campaigns across events, social media, email, and web channels while coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Social media management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content, primarily on LinkedIn, while supporting community engagement and performance tracking.
• Content and customer stories: Drive the creation of customer stories, presentations, invitations, campaign assets, and other on-brand materials that strengthen the Epical brand across channels.

What We're Looking For ✨ We are looking for someone who enjoys coordinating events and projects, building relationships, and turning ideas into action. You are structured, proactive, and passionate about marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic Nordic environment. For this role, we are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, and campaign coordination, including creating engaging brand experiences through customer events, industry conferences, campaigns, content, and visual communication.
• Experience working in B2B marketing within the IT, technology, data, or consulting industry.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines in a structured way while collaborating effectively across teams and communicating professionally with external partners and suppliers.
• Good writing, content creation, and visual communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different channels while ensuring brand consistency and creating engaging marketing assets.
• Comfortable using common marketing tools; experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform is an advantage.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or Finnish and strong professional English skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Nordics when required for events and other activities.

Experience from a B2B environment, particularly within the IT, technology, or consulting industry, is required.
