NOW HIRING: EHS LEAD | €600M DATA CENTRE PROJECT | NORWAY | TIER 1 MAIN CONTRACTOR Salary: €100,000–€130,000 per annum We are working with a leading international construction and engineering business specialising in the delivery of complex, high-specification projects across the data centre, logistics, advanced manufacturing and life sciences sectors. They are now expanding across the Nordic region and is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to join a €600 million data centre project in Norway, working with an exclusive, leading technology client. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EHS professional to take on a senior role within a major Tier 1 Main Contractor, helping drive health, safety and environmental standards across a high-value mission-critical development. The Opportunity:

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an EHS Lead, EHS Manager or Senior HSE professional
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation
- Experience leading EHS teams, audits and project compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work in Norway
