Regional EHS Manager – Sweden Location: Sweden Salary: €95,000–€110,000 + benefits Travel: Regional travel required Sector: Construction / Engineering / Power & Renewables The Role: We are seeking an experienced Regional EHS Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple construction and engineering projects in Sweden. You will be responsible for driving high standards of Environmental, Health & Safety performance, ensuring compliance with legislation and company requirements, and supporting project teams in delivering a strong, proactive safety culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support EHS teams across multiple projects and locations.
• Drive implementation of the company's EHS Management System.
• Monitor EHS performance, KPIs, audits, inspections, and compliance.
• Lead or oversee serious incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide expert EHS advice to senior management, project teams, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish health, safety, environmental, and construction requirements.
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor EHS performance.
• Develop and deliver EHS initiatives, training, and continuous improvement programmes.
• Support tenders, prequalification, client engagement, and project mobilisation.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma (Level 8 or equivalent) in EHS, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years' EHS experience within construction, engineering, electrical, mechanical, energy, or industrial environments.
• Previous senior EHS leadership experience across multiple projects or locations.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, construction regulations, and CDM principles.
• Proven experience in audits, inspections, investigations, risk management, and EHS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• IOSH or equivalent professional membership desirable.
• Willingness to travel across Sweden.
