What you'll do
Freelance HSE Manager | Data Centre Project | Copenhagen, Denmark Requirements
- Lead all Health, Safety & Environmental activities across a major data centre construction project.
- Ensure compliance with Danish HSE legislation, client standards, and site procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
- Review and approve RAMS, permits, and high-risk work activities.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and workforce training.
- Monitor subcontractor HSE performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Produce weekly HSE reports and safety KPIs for project stakeholders.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and visible leadership on site.
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years' construction HSE experience required, with data centre experience preferred.
