Enterprise Sales Leader - Enterprise Commercial

Overview As the Enterprise Sales Leader for Denmark Enterprise Commercial, you will lead Microsoft's strategy, execution, and business outcomes across our largest commercial enterprise customers. You will be accountable for driving growth, accelerating cloud and AI adoption, and helping customers achieve measurable business impact through Microsoft's solutions. You will build and lead a high-performing sales organization, develop long-term customer and partner relationships, and engage with senior business and technology leaders to support business transformation. This role reports to the Denmark General Manager and plays a key role in shaping Microsoft's growth strategy in the market. • Drive business growth and market share by delivering predictable business performance, strong execution, and disciplined forecasting.
• Lead the adoption of AI, cloud, and digital transformation solutions that help customers achieve strategic business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders, positioning Microsoft as a strategic partner.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate customer success, consumption, and long-term value realization.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing and inclusive sales organization through Microsoft's Model, Coach, Care leadership principles.
• Foster collaboration across Microsoft teams and partner ecosystems to deliver customer impact at scale.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Champion security, trust, and responsible AI as core elements of customer engagement and solution delivery.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success leading enterprise sales, sales leadership, or customer-facing commercial teams within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and leading high-performing teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive predictable business performance through strategic planning, execution rigor, forecasting, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading enterprise customer engagements involving senior business and technology decision makers.
• Established relationships and credibility with enterprise and C-suite stakeholders.

Preferred

• Several years of leadership experience managing enterprise sales organizations, including leading leaders and/or large, distributed teams.
• Proven track record of delivering growth through cloud, AI, digital transformation, or technology-led business initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale strategic deals and cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success building inclusive, high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Sales Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 1,252,400.00 - kr 2,196,500.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
