Learn more about Implio in this video, and discover more about Besedo on our website. Overview: Help Europe’s leading online marketplaces keep their users safe, using AI with humans in the loop. Besedo protects the people who use online marketplaces, dating apps and e-commerce platforms. The Besedo platform (Implio) combines AI with human expertise to stop scams, fraud and harmful content before users see it. We have moved from human moderation services to a Tech / AI solutions with humans in the loop, and we’re currently building the commercial team that takes it to market. In this role you'll grow a portfolio of existing customers and win new ones. That gives you the whole commercial cycle: first meeting, contract, renewal and expansion. Key Responsibilities: Roughly 30% of your time goes to growing existing accounts and 70% to winning new ones.

• Grow your portfolio. Own customer accounts. Understand each customer's trust and safety goals, help them get more from our tech platform, and expand what they use over time.
• Win new customers. Build pipeline in our ICP through research, outreach and referrals, then run discovery, demos and proposals. With the support from a fantastic marketing organization.
• Run deals end to end. Lead commercial conversations from first meeting to signed contract, renewal and expansion (SPICED methodology).
• Build relationships at several levels. Work with operations, product, trust and safety, and procurement teams - not just one contact per account.
• Bring the customer's voice inside. Share what you learn with product and leadership; it shapes what we build next.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least two years in a B2B commercial role - sales, account management or customer success - ideally in SaaS or tech.
• Real curiosity about how technology, and AI in particular, solves business problems.
• Clear, confident communication in English, written and spoken.
• The organisation to keep a pipeline and a customer portfolio moving at the same time.

Nice to Have, Not Required:

• Experience with online marketplaces, trust & safety, content moderation or fraud detection.
• Another European language, especially French/Spanish.
• Hands-on use of HubSpot or a similar CRM.
