Business Development Representative – Outbound | AI / Fraud Prevention Location: Remote - Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands I’m working with a high-growth technology company operating at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity and fraud prevention, and they’re looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join their outbound sales team. This is a high-impact role focused on building pipeline across banks, fintechs and financial services, engaging senior stakeholders across fraud, risk, compliance, AML and payments. What you’ll be doing:

• Building and managing targeted outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn and industry channels
• Engaging senior decision-makers and generating qualified meetings
• Using AI and automation to improve prospecting and personalise outreach at scale
• Mapping target accounts and identifying key decision-makers
• Working closely with Account Executives to convert meetings into pipeline

What they’re looking for:

• 2–7+ years’ experience in outbound BDR/BDM roles, ideally within B2B SaaS
• Strong cold calling and senior-level outreach experience - happy with over 100 dials per day
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven track record of consistently generating qualified pipeline
• Comfortable working with AI and automation tools
• Experience selling into banks, fintech, payments, risk or compliance is highly advantageous
