Enterprise Architect

Join us as our new Enterprise Architect Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect with a passion for shaping modern, scalable and business-driven IT landscapes? We are looking for a pragmatic and business-oriented Enterprise Architect to join Hultafors Group and play a key role in defining and driving our enterprise architecture across the Group. As Enterprise Architect, you will work at the intersection of business and IT, creating structure, direction and architectural principles that enable Hultafors Group to continue its digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization and help ensure that our technology landscape supports both current business needs and our long-term strategic ambitions. You will be part of an international organization with strong ambitions and an ongoing journey towards a more modern, integrated and scalable digital landscape. The Opportunity In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Hultafors Group's enterprise architecture and ensuring alignment between business strategy, processes, information and technology. You will take a holistic view of our IT landscape and help define target architectures, principles and roadmaps that guide future investments and transformation initiatives. Hultafors Group operates in a complex and decentralized environment with multiple business units, brands and technology platforms. You will therefore play an important role in simplifying and harmonizing the landscape while respecting the different needs of our businesses. You will work closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, solution architects, application specialists and external partners to translate strategic objectives into practical architectural direction. Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall enterprise architecture, principles and governance for Hultafors Group.
• Define target architectures and roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Create transparency across the application and technology landscape and drive modernization, consolidation and simplification Own and continuously improve the enterprise security risk framework and security maturity assessments.
• Guide architectural decisions across major transformation initiatives and technology investments.
• Ensure alignment across business capabilities, applications, data, integrations and infrastructure.
• Provide architectural direction for core business platforms such as ERP, CRM, PIM and PLM.
• Drive architectural principles for integrations, APIs, cloud and modern technology platforms.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to translate business needs into sustainable and scalable solutions.

About You We believe you are an experienced Enterprise Architect or Senior Solution Architect with a broad understanding of both business and technology. You are comfortable working in complex environments with multiple systems, business units and stakeholders, and you have the ability to move between strategic discussions and practical architectural decisions. You understand that enterprise architecture is not only about technology. You are curious about the business, able to understand processes and capabilities, and skilled at translating business needs into technology direction. You are pragmatic and collaborative in your approach. Rather than creating architecture in isolation, you enjoy working closely with both business and IT to create solutions and principles that can actually be implemented. We also believe you have experience within several of the following areas:

• Enterprise architecture and architecture governance
• Application and integration architecture
• ERP and other enterprise business systems
• Cloud platforms and modern infrastructure
• APIs, integrations and event-driven architecture
• Security architecture and security-by-design principles
• Data and information architecture
• Digital transformation and legacy modernization.
• Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar
• Agile ways of working and frameworks such as SAFe
• Working in international or decentralized organizations

Experience from manufacturing, wholesale, retail or other organizations with complex supply chains and business system landscapes is considered an advantage. What We Offer
