Enterprise Architect

(Lead) Enterprise Architect - permanent - Stockholm/hybrid - Telco For one of our key accounts, we are looking for a Enterprise Architect who'll become the "North Star" for Architecture leadership. With +30 years exp. in the Telco Sector, IT is a core priority for them as they are enhancing all of their IT and Systems with massive automation opportunities. You want to be part of a small, but highly competent team that is making a significant impact on an entire business? You are looking to work in a meaningful environment and make an impact to people's lives? You are fluent in Business and IT and enjoy being the bridge between various stakeholders? You'll lead EA across the organization, ensure alignment between business strategy and IT capabilities, defining and governing the architectural vision, principles, and guide technology decisions across the company. You'll be the highest authority on EA within IT. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the EA roadmap in alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and sustainable IT architecture across infrastructure, applications, data, and integration domains.
• Establish architecture governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards.
• Ensure integration of AI into the enterprise landscape
• Execute on and develop the data governance strategy
• Ensure effective implementation of data quality controls, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensure architectural alignment with GDPR and other relevant data protection requirements.
• Emerging technologies and Innovation.
• Provide architectural oversight for major programs and projects
